Natasha’s Guide to West Hollywood

Natasha’s Guide to West Hollywood

There are places that simply become part of your life, and for us, West Hollywood is one of them. Our flagship showroom is celebrating two years in the heart of the West Hollywood Design District—a vibrant intersection of art, fashion, dining, beauty, and design. It’s a place where you can spend a morning discovering something new, linger over lunch, wander into a gallery, and find yourself inspired by the end of the day.

We are thrilled to participate in this fall’s Design West Hollywood event. On October 1st at 4:00 PM, our showroom will host the program, “Redefining Luxury: The New Rules Shaping High-End Design.” I will be in conversation with Jill Cohen, Editor-in-Chief of Luxe Interiors + Design, interior designer Marie Carson, and architect William Hefner.

If you are planning to visit us, consider this personal itinerary: a few of my favorite places to see, shop, eat, and experience—all within reach of our showroom. Come for the design, and stay for everything else.

Tara Russell Pilates

Working out with Tara is one of my favorite ways to fit movement into my day. Her private Reformer Pilates classes are challenging in the best way. Tara’s expert knowledge and one-on-one attention make every session feel completely personalized. I love the comfort and privacy of working out in her beautiful home studio, just around the corner from our studio and showroom.

Café Leon Dore

8746 Melrose Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90069

Tucked away behind brass doors at the new Aimé Leon Dore flagship on Melrose, Café Leon Dore is an unexpected escape in the neighborhood. Stop in for a midday coffee meeting, or a quiet moment. The Greek Mountain iced tea is my personal favorite.

Lily Lodge

8201 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90046

Lily Lodge is one of my favorite places in the neighborhood for beautiful, high-quality blooms for our showroom. Ariana Lambert Smeraldo is a curator of incredible florals and presents a collection of vessels by contemporary ceramicists alongside an ever-evolving stock of vintage. Their team somehow always knows exactly what I’m looking for.

Jacquemus

8804 Melrose Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90069

Jacquemus is a natural anchor for a neighborhood defined by thoughtful design and elevated taste. The showroom brings the brand’s French flair into a distinctly Southern California setting. I especially love the way Jacquemus balances its main collection with vintage-inspired finds—a mix that feels curated, effortless, and captures what the district does so well.

Matsuhisa

129 N La Cienega Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90211

Matsuhisa is an LA institution. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa opened the original restaurant here in 1987, and it still has the understated, intimate feeling that makes it so special. I discovered it during my first design job, and it remains my go-to for lunch meetings or dinners with my husband. Some places become classics because they know exactly what they are, and Matsuhisa is one of them.

Face Place

8701 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90069

Face Place offers a refreshingly gentle approach to skincare. Their iDerm Facial® is a favorite for rejuvenating the skin while remaining deeply relaxing. With Tony and Paul’s warm, intuitive approach, the experience strikes the perfect balance between feeling cared for and simply unwinding.

forte forte

708 N La Cienega Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069

Forte forte feels like a little piece of Italy right here in our neighborhood. Their collections have a chic balance of classic, feminine silhouettes and whimsical, experimental details. I love how that point of view carries through everything from casual workwear to cocktail dresses, always inspiring me to think about color, material, and form in new ways.

Natasha Baradaran Flagship Showroom

400 N Robertson Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90048

I can’t forget my own flagship showroom located on Robertson. We are right across the street from one of my idols, Rose Tarlow, which brings me a great sense of pride. This is where you can experience our holistic world in one place—from our handcrafted furniture and lighting to our textiles, vintage finds, and accessories. I love being part of such a creative neighborhood.
