S.O.L. (AKA Strings Of Life) is an all day cafe by the Botanical Group. It reflects the coffee & food cultures of Melbourne, Australia where the founders are from. The menu was created by botanical culinary director Monty Koludrovic in collaboration with pastry chef Jordan Mathurin. The coffee program was developed in partnership with common room roasters to create our signature S.O.L. blend.
